Workplace Wellbeing by Sources of Strength offers practical, evidence-based services that help organizations build cultures of connection, care, and resilience. Our offerings are designed to meet organizations where they are, providing flexible formats and scalable solutions that move from learning to sustained culture change.
Pre-Training and Implementation Support
Before every Workplace Wellbeing session, we take time to understand each organization’s people, culture, and context. A brief pre-training call helps us identify key strengths, stressors, and goals. This process ensures every experience reflects the organization’s realities and language, building on existing strengths and what’s already working to lay the groundwork for meaningful and lasting change.
Core Training Tiers
- Wellbeing at Work (2 hours, virtual or in-person)
An interactive introduction to the Sources of Strength approach for workplace wellbeing. Participants learn research-informed practices and practical tools that strengthen personal wellbeing and build trust, connection, and resilience across teams. - Wellbeing in Action (3 hours, virtual or in-person)
Expands on Wellbeing at Work with guided application to real workplace scenarios. Participants identify opportunities to shape norms, design small initiatives, and embed collective care into daily routines and team culture. - Leadership Workshop (3–5 hours, virtual or in-person)

Participants explore the key barriers to wellbeing for working adults and what current data reveals about the state of work today—rising stress, disconnection, and the need for meaningful belonging. Together, they examine evidence on what actually drives flourishing at work and learn how to move beyond perks and self-care messaging to build cultures rooted in collective wellbeing and care. Leaders practice modeling strengths-based leadership, leading effective check-ins, and coaching teams toward sustained culture change.
Consulting and Certification Services
- Consulting Partnerships: Ongoing or project-based consulting that supports organizations in assessing culture, reviewing policies, and implementing strengths-based wellbeing frameworks. Packages are standardized to allow scalability while maintaining a tailored approach.
- Certification Programs: Multi-day training for HR professionals, supervisors, and organizational champions who want to integrate the Workplace Wellbeing model into their own systems. Certification strengthens internal capacity and supports long-term adoption.
Tools and Resources for Sustained Practice
We provide digital and physical tools that help teams integrate wellbeing practices into daily operations, including workbooks, conversation cards, leader reflection guides, and micro-activities. These resources are designed for continued use beyond training sessions to reinforce ongoing learning and engagement.
